Introduction to Gando

We are implementing the latest international methods with the brand GandoTech in Iran and around the world!

Many of our students have entered the job market in various fields of technology to date. Seeing the success of these people has motivated us to continuously offer more and updated training courses. After reviewing all of these courses and the results obtained from each, we decided to design a different educational pathway. GandoTech is a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who will accompany students on this journey.

When did GandoTech begin its operations?

In 2012, we started our in-person training in the field of information technology. In our courses, up-to-date and useful information was provided to students, enabling them to quickly get employed in reputable companies or teach themselves. We have also supported interested individuals throughout and after the courses to the best of our abilities.

In 2014, we began transforming our educational path.

In 2014, we held free and highly attended online training courses, called MOOCs, in the Persian language with our young and active team.Our team's main focus is on teaching the various skills related to the field of information technology in a free or low-cost manner. 

The online and free availability of these courses has enabled many people to access and learn from them all over the country. As with any group, we have taken the time to review the path we have taken and address any issues. We concluded, upon examining MOOCs, that, despite the numerous benefits of these courses, such as being free and accessible to the public, there are also drawbacks that can lead to dissatisfaction and failure for some students.

For example, most people did not have the necessary attention and enthusiasm to attend the course because they did not pay a registration fee; whereas a group in the middle realized that they had no interest in this educational field and abandoned it. All of these factors caused the instructors to be unable to effectively communicate with and resolve the issues of the students in the course due to the high population of the classes.

We have been providing educational content to students for several years in this way. Despite the issues in the system, a large number of enthusiasts were able to learn the topics well. Many of our students have been working for reputable companies or freelancing with international companies since 2014.

We have revisited our course design and made it more varied and practical based on the feedback we have received from our instructors and students.
